We bring investors a small number of offerings across commercial real estate, multifamily and residential, and development. Each is a separate investment in a specific asset, underwritten to the same standard. Full economics for any open offering are provided in the private offering package to verified accredited investors.

O’Brien Capital Partners has no realized offerings to report yet. The Shasta Lake acquisition is the firm’s current offering under this entity.
